/// The job shouldn't cost you your body
It's 6 a.m., it's cold, and a driver is about to throw his straps over his load by hand. For the hundredth time this week. Sooner or later, his shoulder will remember.
At RigCraftor, we believe no one should risk their life or health to do their job. Every worker deserves to go home safe and uninjured, every night. That's why we get up in the morning.
Why join us
Work that matters
We work with people in the field to design simple, reliable tools that remove risk at the source: ladders, strap launchers, and performance and safety accessories for transportation, logistics and defence. We're a fast-growing company based in Quebec City, and we're aiming high: to become the industry standard.
You see the impact
Your work doesn't vanish into a report. It shows up in sales, in products and in the field.
You talk to decision-makers
No unnecessary layers between you and the people who decide. Good ideas move fast.
You grow fast
The pace is quick and expectations are high. We support you to meet them.

Business Development Representative, U.S. Market
Somewhere in Texas, a carrier is still figuring out how to protect their drivers. They don't know us yet. Your call will change that.
The role in short
You call carriers and fleets across the United States. You get to know their reality, then show them how to equip their drivers to work safer and faster. From first call to closed sale, the deal is yours.
Your week
- You prospect by phone. It's the heart of the job, and we'd rather tell you upfront.
- You listen before you pitch: how many drivers, which trailers, which risks they want gone.
- You present our ladders, strap launchers and accessories as concrete answers to what you just heard.
- You handle objections, follow up and move your deals forward to the sale.
- You keep your CRM up to date, because good follow-up is often the difference between "maybe" and "yes".
- You review your calls and deals with your sales director to keep getting better.
You're the right person if…
- You have at least 2 years of sales experience, including cold calling. Your industry doesn't matter much; your comfort on the phone does.
- A "no" doesn't discourage you. It shows you what to adjust on the next call.
- You can run a sales conversation in English with a U.S. customer without searching for words. French is an asset, but English-speaking candidates are welcome.
- You like a steady pace, clear goals and results you can count.
- You want to be coached, not left alone with a call list.
- The pace of a growing company energizes you instead of wearing you out.
What we offer
- Base salary plus commission: your effort shows up on your paycheque.
- Weekday schedule. No evenings, no weekends.
- Hours you can adjust to U.S. time zones, especially the West Coast.
- A CRM and sales tools ready to use.
- A hands-on sales director who takes the time to review your calls, objections and deals with you.
- A close-knit team, in our Quebec City office.
- A product to be proud of: every sale means one more driver who gets home healthy.
In-office position in Quebec City. Some flexibility may be considered after the probation period, with no guarantee.

Product Director
Our products are born in the field, from problems drivers face every day. Your job: turn those ideas, faster and better, into tools the whole industry will want.
The role in short
We're not looking for a product manager. We're looking for a builder who has already taken physical products from idea to market, and wants to do it again at a bigger scale. Our ambition: to become for truckers what DeWalt is for construction.
What you'll build
- A structured product development process: design, engineering, prototyping, testing and industrialization.
- A complete pipeline, from field-born ideas all the way to market launch.
- A team of experienced managers that you lead and grow.
- Products delivered on time, at the right cost and the right quality.
- Strong alignment between R&D, procurement and production from day one, including with our partner factories abroad.
- And when needed, you roll up your sleeves. Here, everyone contributes.
You're the right person if…
- You have 8 to 15 years of experience developing physical products, with solid manufacturing knowledge.
- You have led multidisciplinary teams and structured an organization.
- You know international supply chains and outsourced production.
- You make technical decisions that account for cost and production.
- You refuse "good enough" products: you want products that shape an industry.
- You're bilingual in French and English (advanced level).
What we offer
- Autonomy and direct access to leadership.
- Real influence on company strategy.
- Competitive pay that matches your impact.
- Hybrid work; our offices are in Quebec City.
In your message, tell us in a few lines about the product you're proudest of, and why it worked.
