Frequently Ask Questions

Which size should I choose (2, 3, or 4 in) based on my straps?

The Manual Strap Launcher with Multi-Attachment + Bucket is available in three sizes: 2, 3, and 4 inches. Choose the size that matches the width of your tie-down straps for the best fit.

Is it compatible with flat hooks and wire cables?
What is the availability lead time, and do you ship internationally (fees and customs)?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We also ship internationally — customs fees and taxes may apply depending on destination and remain the customer's responsibility.

Can it position corner protectors from ground level?

Yes, exactly ! The multi-attachment safely positions corner protectors and launches straps via its weighted chain - all done from ground level. That's the whole point of the design: it keeps you off the trailer and out of harm's way, reducing climbing risk and strain.

Does it launch straps using a weighted chain?

Yes ! The weighted chain is exactly how it launches straps, giving you a controlled, precise throw from ground level without needing to climb.
